The Alexander Technique is a movement education practice that helps to unravel habits of excess effort and tension that have become unconsciously fixed in the body,  restoring the ability to move with coordination and ease, balance and freedom.

 

_MG_4391Temple Crocker is a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique. She teaches at her studio in the Mt. Washington neighborhood of Baltimore. Temple has taught musicians, social workers, sign language interpreters, actors, administrators, scientists, visual artists, physical therapists and others. She enjoys teaching people of all interests, ages and backgrounds and is available for private lessons and workshops.
